Calling all officials and potential officials!!!

As you know if you attended the parent meetings, we are looking for parents who are interested in becoming certified swim officials.  This is a great way to support the sport, your child, and the Blazers.  It also satisfies all of your volunteer hour requirements.  Please consider becoming an official!

To do so, the attached document will walk you through the process.  Our own Elizabeth Davis will be conducting an officials clinic for new officials and stroke and turn officials who need to renew at the Roeland Park Community Center in the Neighbors Place Room at approximately 12:00 on November 3, 2012.  This is between sessions of the Ann Ketterer meet.  The clinic will last one hour and 15 minutes.

For current stroke and turn officials who want to progress to Starter, Elizabeth will conduct a Starter’s clinic immediately after the stroke and turn clinic, at approximately 1:15.  This is a great opportunity for existing officials to continue their progression and training.
