Practice Schedule

Practice begins on August 23rd.  Here is the Elite practice schedule for the two weeks:

Monday, Tuesday, Thursday- 4:15-6:45

There will be practice on Labor Day.  Time TBA.

Phase I Important Dates

8/23- 1^st day of practice

9/11- Olathe Women’s Triathlon

9/14- Dome Week- Practice at Turner HS (time TBA)

9/26- Awards Banquet at Power Play

10/16- Tentative Meet at RPAC

10/23- Tentative Meet at RPAC

10/24- Swim-a-thon

11/6-11/7- Ann Ketterer Intrasquad Meet at RPAC

11/27- MAL Dual

12/2-12/4- USA Nationals at Ohio State University

12/9-12/11- Junior Nationals at Georgia Tech

12/10-12/12- Level 1s at Topeka

As elite athletes begin competing at the national level, it is important to understand the rules and guidelines about performance enhancing substances that govern our competitions.  Parents should take the time to talk with their swimmers and educate themselves about these rules and responsibilities.  These links can provide valuable information that can help us make great choices.
