Dear Blazer
Families,
Fall 2010 is just around
the corner. I would like to announce some important changes that we
have determined.
1. Effective this fall there will no longer be an Extreme
Blue group. Please contact your coach regarding suggested
placement.
2. Regarding
program locations, we have added a SENIOR NORTH practice location,
which will be coached primarily by coach Davin Bryant. Coach
Derek and the SOUTH Senior Group will be moving to Olathe’s
California Trail Jr High School located at 133rd and
Pflumm.
SENIOR PROGRAM- The
Senior program is for high school aged swimmers who have not
yet reached the elite level of our sport. Ranging from
new swimmers, to sectional-level competetors, this group offers up
to six practices per week. Starting in the fall of 2010,
there will be two groups in the Senior program (note:
swimmers who choose to compete with their high school teams will
not be responsible for monthly fees when they are out for high
school. Swimmers who remain with the Blazers continuously
from September-June will receive a credit for July
fees)

3. CALIFORNIA TRAIL AND BLUE VALLEY WEST SITE
CHANGES
Starting in September 2010, Coach Megan will be the head site
coach at the Blue Valley West site and the site will have Blue
Novice, Blue 2, Blue 3 and Advanced Blue groups as well as a Gold
group. Coach Derek will be the head site coach at the California
Trail location and the site will have Blue Novice, Blue 2, Blue 3
and Advanced Blue as well as the South Senior group.
We are still working on
which deck coaches will move in the process.
This will necessitate a
site move for the Gold and Senior groups. All other swimmers are
welcome to stay or move as they see fit. If you have already
registered for the 2010-2011 season and would like to make any
changes, please let your current head site coach know and just
contact our business office and they would be happy to help
you.

Swimming registered swimmers on other local teams due to
recruiting violation
** $20 credit will be
issued to your family account when NEW swimmer completes four
months in program and account is in good standing.
