KC BLAZERS 2010 – 2011
SWIM SEASON
The following is important information for the
beginning of the new swim year.
· August 23rd – Senior
Group begins maintenance training schedule. Please see
August/September calendars for more details.
· September 7th – NEW
Swimmer try-outs at Longview Recreation Center.
· September 8th &
9th – NEW Swimmer Orientation to be held at
Lee’s Summit R-7 Aquatic Center.
· September 13th –
Mandatory Parent Meeting at Lee’s Summit High
School
· September 14th – ALL
groups begin fall practice schedule.
· September 15th – Swim
Quik apparel night at Longview Recreation
Center.
· September 16th – Swim
Quik Apparel night at Lee’s Summit R-7 Aquatic
Center.
· September 26th - Annual
Awards Celebration at “Power Play” for all swimmers.

HOW TO RE-REGISTER ON LINE FOR THE
2010-2011 SEASON.
1. Please sign in to start the on-line
registration process.
2. Go to “Events” then go to KC
Blazers East (MO) on line registration. Click on “Register
online”.
3. You will now see Missouri KC Blazers
Swim Team. Click on “Register
Now”
4. Click on appropriate box regarding your
Blazer account and press “next”.
5. Please confirm all information on this
page including the “guardians” and Insurance/Emergency
Contact tabs and click on “next”.
6. Please click “yes” for the
swimmer(s) that are re-registering and press “next”. If
you have more than one swimmer just select one at a time and you
will redirected back to this page for others.
7. Please press “select” at
“Register this member to this group” and click on
“register – not new” then press
“next”. This must be done for each swimmer returning to
the team for the 2010-2011 season.
8. Click on ‘pay by
check”
9. You must check the box after
reading the Medical Release Waiver, Liability Waiver, Participation
Agreement, and Parent Volunteer Program Agreement. We recommend
that you print these pages for future reference. Your electronic
signature is binding to these agreements.

Print off the invoice billing you
for the Family Registration fee of $150 and USS Registration of $52
per swimmer. Please mail your check to KCB, PO Box 26193, Overland
Park, KS 66225. Please do not include any monthly fees with your
registration payment.
11.
Your check must received in order
to complete the registration process and to reserve your swimmers
spot for the fall season. All payments must be received no
later than August 20, 2010.
